The Arctic Wolverine is the same as a normal Wolverine except the fact that this one is in a white, snow camouflage version.

For planets that are much too cold for normal vehicles to function, the UNSC calls in the UNSC Arctic Wolverine. This dual-treaded arctic anti-aircraft vehicle is equipped with twin Argent V missile pods that really fire! The arctic variant of the Wolverine is equipped with a modified drive-train system to allow for better maneuverability in harsh arctic regions, as well as additional insulation and region specific camouflage for sub-zero ambush tactics unknown to Covenant forces. The surprisingly maneuverable Wolverine keeps Covenant air support to a minimum while the rest of the UNSC deals with ground threats.
