The MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/AA variant, or Air Assault armor, is a variation of MJOLNIR armor used on the Mk. V generation PAA and by UNSC Army Airborne troops. It was developed by Ushuaia Armory on Reach, and was originally intended to be a new version of the helmet used by ODSTs. The helmet features specialized optics, the ability to rovide real-time satellite imaging, and enemy signature allocation. The Air Assault helmet is quite possibly the only piece of MJOLNIR armor that is also used by non-SPARTANs, as the standard Air Assault helmet is worn by all UNSC Army Airborne operators, with the exception of pathfinders, who prefer the FC-I variant.
It appears in the Falcon, Shade turret & maybe seen in the Fall UNSC weapon pack (subject to change)
